Refund and Exchange Eligibility:

We offer refunds and exchanges for ebook purchases within 14 days of the purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your ebook purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund or exchange for another ebook. The ebook must be in its original condition and format. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ebook samples or preview chapters.

Refund and Exchange Process:

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us through our website and provide your order details and reason for the refund or exchange request. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If your refund or exchange is approved, we will process it and issue a refund to your original payment method or provide you with a new ebook download link. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exceptions:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ebook purchases that were made using a gift card or store credit. Additionally, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for ebooks that have been downloaded or accessed, unless they are defective or damaged.
